2.1 Forgot Password Recovery

To recover a lost password, click on the ‘I forgot my password’ button on the login screen, you will be presented with a page to enter the email you used while registering or your username.

Steps.

Step 1: Click on the button ‘I forgot password’

Step 2: Provide your username or email address and a password recovery mail will be sent to you.

Step 3: Log into your mail, click on the link and follow the steps.
